The lobby's vibrant décor is so inviting. It seemed like a cozy café rather than a hotel! Accessibility is excellent, with ramps and wide corridors.
More comfortable seating in common areas, please.

I have been staying in hotels in and around the Coventry area for about six months. the was the only hotel/motel that I consider to have been clean. Accomodation is basic but adequate.
The only down side is the cost/qulaity of the food in the restaurant. The food is mocrowaved 'pub food'. I had chilli con carne and chips with two pints of lager for £17.45. you don't have to eat here.
